AccuAI's collaboration with Qualified Professional Practicing Firms (referred to as ‘Subscribers’)
Our services are embedded in an online induction application forms on professional practicing accounting firms’ website as part of our service agreements with our Subscribers and we collect personal information from you on their behalf. We only disclose your personal information to our Subscribers that you visiting and clicking on consultations with them.
When you submit an enquiry form online, we will provide subscribers (our clients) – accounting firms with your personal details and other details provided in the online embedded application form. Our subscribers will use that information to review your enquiry and take necessary further action which is beyond our control.
Subscribers’ collaboration with other integrated third parties
If you engage the accounting firm after submitting an enquiry form, the accounting firm will take further necessary action to assist you further with your enquiry. While assisting you in relation to your enquiry, subscribers (accounting firms) may transmit your submitted details to other external integrated service providers that are integrated with our platform. How this information is treated will depend on accounting firms services which they offer to you and we have no control on how your information will be dealt with other integrated software’s.
